Yes. You can enroll on the Conduent Education Services website to service your account electronically. Once enrolled you will be able to update your address, enroll in electronic payments, and view your account balance.

Visit the Federal Student Aid website for information on consolidating your loans. If you have questions about loan consolidation that are not answered on the website, contact the Loan Consolidation Information Call Center at (800) 557-7392.

Statements are mailed on the first business day of each month.

Your payment arrived after the last business day of the month. Payments received on or before the last business day of a month are reflected on your monthly statement, which is mailed on the first business day of the following month. Please send your payment at least SEVEN business days prior to the due date.

Yes. IRS form 1098-E is sent annually by the end of January.

You must complete the Deferment/Cancelation form. You need to apply for a deferment for the twelve-month period that you are working in a qualified field. Once the twelve-month period is over you, need to complete the Cancelation form and submit it to our office. At the same time, you can complete the deferment form for the following twelve months.

You can authorize a third party (spouse, parent, etc.) to discuss your loan account with a Student Loan Specialist using one of the methods below. 

  • Mail a request that includes (a) your signature and account number and (b) the third party’s name, complete address, home phone number, and relationship to you.
